Privacy notice

Spectrum Studio runs this marketing website. This notice explains how we use alpha access requests and optional website analytics.

Contact Spectrum Studio

For enquiries or privacy requests, email jamesagordon1992@gmail.com.

Alpha access requests

We ask for your name, email address, area of interest and an optional message so Spectrum Studio can respond to your request for alpha access. This does not sign you up for unrelated marketing or create an account. Please do not include sensitive information.

When you submit the form, your request is processed on our Amazon Web Services server in Stockholm and sent through Amazon Simple Email Service to the Spectrum Studio contact mailbox above. We use the details to respond to your request and arrange alpha access, with your permission. The notification does not create an account. If sending fails, you can choose to review and send an email draft in your own email app.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep alpha enquiries for up to six months after the last contact, unless you join the alpha. If you join, we may need to keep relevant information to manage your participation; the applicable service privacy information will explain this. Enquiry retention is managed in our mailbox, rather than by an automatic website deletion timer.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us for a copy of your enquiry, correct it, request deletion or withdraw permission for further contact by emailing the address above. Withdrawing permission does not change processing already carried out. Alpha access requests are not added to an unrelated marketing list.

Google Analytics and your choice

With your permission, this marketing website loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8E6NNMW5FS) to understand website use. It stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Reject analytics keeps the Google tag from loading. You can withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics may process usage information, device/browser information, cookie identifiers and network information. We do not deliberately send your alpha form answers or email address to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Page views sent by this website exclude query strings and fragments. The authoring tool at alpha.spectrum-studio.co.uk is a separate service.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google may set _ga cookies on this website’s host. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics removes this implementation’s Analytics cookies. Fonts and artwork are served locally. The embedded module has no LMS tracker attached.

Google’s processing and any international transfers are described in Google’s privacy policy. Google may process analytics information outside the UK, under the arrangements described in that policy. Analytics retention also depends on the settings of our Google Analytics property. Our AWS server processes access and security logs; form contents are not deliberately written to those logs. Email is held in the contact mailbox and processed by its email provider.
