Build pages without code
Bring text, images, shapes, buttons and styled components together on an editable visual learning page.
Build your own component library
Create reusable components and variants, use them across projects and apply controlled updates when your designs change.
Make space to practise and reflect
Build scenarios that let learners practise decisions, add reflection activities and invite them to choose an action to take forward.
Make it better together
Invite another author, share versioned review links and collect stakeholder comments against specific content. Keep the conversation close to the learning.
Bring media and movement together
Add audio, video and Rive vector animation, then animate content on a timeline. Use captions, transcripts and playback controls where supported.
Find a shared starting point
Begin with templates and pre-designed styles. Use design systems to set shared visual standards and keep your pages consistent.
Plan the learning before you build
Define outcomes, map a learning journey and develop page content through planning and storyboarding before you start building.
Bring your Figma designs with you
Import supported Figma frames into editable native pages, then review and apply updates. The current direct connection uses a development plugin.
Add interaction and check understanding
Use feedback layers, clickable content and navigation. Create quizzes with correct and incorrect feedback, scores and pass marks.
Take a closer look before publishing
Preview and review mobile layouts and accessibility before you publish. Your content choices and testing still need your judgement.
Send it to your LMS
Export SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages for LMS delivery, with progress, completion and resume tracking. Test the package in your target LMS before release.
Keep your work yours
Keep editable JSON backups and reuse native content. Customise the player or remove its chrome, and export standalone HTML alongside your LMS packages.

A few good
questions.
What can I make with Spectrum Studio?
Editable, interactive learning modules. Plan outcomes, build pages, reuse your own components and add scenarios, reflections, quizzes, audio, video, Rive animation and timeline movement. Invite another author or share a versioned review link for feedback.
How does the AI connection work?
Your organisation needs to provide and configure a Claude or Copilot Studio connection. Once configured, it can help draft learning outlines and editable pages. Review the output before using it. Provider terms and any connection costs sit with your organisation.
Will it work with my LMS?
Spectrum Studio exports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages with progress, completion and resume tracking. Test your exported module in your own LMS to check its behaviour and reporting before releasing it to learners. We are not claiming universal LMS compatibility.
Does accessibility preview make my module compliant?
Preview and review help you examine mobile layouts and accessibility before publishing. They do not guarantee compliance. Your content choices, interactions and testing with assistive technology still matter.
How does the Figma connection work?
The current direct connection uses a development plugin. Bring supported Figma frames into editable native pages, then review and apply updates. Check the imported content and interactions before publishing.
Can I help shape Spectrum Studio?
Yes. Join the alpha, try the tools and tell us what works, what gets in your way and what you’d like to make. Your feedback helps us improve Spectrum for all learning designers.
